What is Tu Yao Exactly??

Adopted from an ancient cooking method that entails delicate culinary attention, we are introducing a new scrumptious traditional dish freshly baked out of clay kiln, To begin with, the meat dishes are marinated with various spices without the aid of any MSG, and thereafter, being placed in the highly heated burning kiln, sealed airtight and baked between two to three hours before they are removed from the kiln and be ready for serving.  Every dish brings with it the aroma that is as pleasing to the senses as it is mouth-watering.  It enhances the retention of original flavors and nutrients.
